Kerala Ayurvedic & Panchakarma Institute was established in 1998 in New Delhi, under the auspices of Santhigram Group of Companies.  The institute regularly conducts Diploma Courses in Ayurvedic Massage and Panchakarma Therapy.  The training is very extensive and the syllabus is very exhaustive and is imparted by Professionals in the respective field to selected candidates in order to create the necessary expertise to undertake the specialized work of Kerala specific Ayurvedic Panchakarma Therapies.  Minimum Qualification is 10 + 2 (High School) in the age group of 18-28 years with proficiency in both English and Malayalam languages and should have sound health and aptitude to work as Ayurvedic Panchakarma Technicians.  The Course duration is one year and selected candidates are given free hostel accommodation (separate for male and female) and also they are paid a stipend of Rs. 2000/- per month during the first 6 months of the training period and Rs.3000/- per month for the subsequent 6 months of the training.  Successful Candidates are expected to work for a minimum period of two years in one of the Centers of Santhigram in India and should also be willing to take a posting to any of the overseas centers of Santhigram.
